This program updates the pricing and auto pricing files with an effective date and received flag respectively.
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Auto pricing > Update Process and double-click AUP Pricing Update. DSO920 Auto Price Update panel panel appears.

| Price code | Price codes determine at which price sale orders and other transactions are charged. Price codes are established in TMSDS/PR-PRCD. Enter the price code to be updated with the pricing changes. |
| Currency code | This represents the currency in which the customer transactions must take place. Currency codes are established in *******/EXC-DSC. Enter the currency for the pricing update. |
| Type of sale |
his is a code for identifying different types of sales such as a Special Sale, Complimentary, Service, etc. Enter the TOS for the pricing update. |
- Enter the required fields and click OK. This updates all approved pricing information.
| Note | To check that the price file has been updated use the General Inquiries option Price Inquiry to check the starting and ending date. |
