Royalty extract in the period end process extracts the number of royalty contracts based on the royalty charge basis (TMSPS/CBSE4). These charges are based on number of new contracts, number of all contracts or number of contracts at royalty period or contracts at royalty period by payment frequency or any contracts. The extracted number of contracts is used to calculate the charges for royalty based on the setup in the 3PL charge matrix.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > 3rd Party Logistics > Period End Processing and double-click 3PL Month End Location Summary. PSO015 Location Summary selection panel appears.
- Enter the Company code and Period and click OK. Company will default to your default company and the Period will default to the current period. Both selection fields can be overridden.
All the previously generated records for the selected company and period will be deleted and new records are rebuild for the selected company and period.
