Tracking report shows details of the tracking materials e.g. ordered/delivered quantities and dates etc. by contract by contact for the selected statuses.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Rights & Permission > Period Processing > Royalty Reports and double-click RY Royalty Tracking E-Rpt. RYR220 Royalty Tracking Spreadsheet panel appears.
The Tracking report has the following selection criteria.
- Company range
- Royalty group range
- Contact ID range
- Tracking statuses
- Enter the above selection criteria as required for the report and click OK. This program generates an excel file that is stored in the network directory specified in the document exchange system.
