Auto Pricing reports

This report lists the pricing definition entries, in key level sequence. This program provides a listing of the auto pricing rates and their respective level breaks by item

1. In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Auto pricing > Maintenance and double-click AUP Pricing Definition Report.
2. Select to run the report in batch or immediately and Click OK.

This report displays following information.

• Key level
• Actual key
• Description
• Rounding table
• Cost break
• Price basis
• Unit Cost and Price Variance rates
• Calculation Method
• Rate by which the price is to be updated
• RRP

1. In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Auto pricing > Maintenance and double-click AUP Price Rounding Definition Report.
2. Select to run the report in batch or immediately and Click OK.

This report displays following information.

• Rounding table
• Key level
• Class type
• Actual key
• Description
• Price break
• Rounding method
• Value the Price is to be rounded to and the value code

The Recommended Price Changes Report details price recommendations for selected or all entered Shipments. There are two versions of this report, one by Shipment Reference and one without.

Note: Before running the report run the Global Repricing if changes have been made.

1. In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Auto pricing > Repricing by Shipment and double-click AUP Recommend Price Changes Report. DSR270 Auto Price Recommendation Report panel appears.
2. Enter the selection criteria, as required and click OK to confirm.

The report displays following information.

• Ship ID
• Item levels
• Item/Link
• Description
• Cost price code
• Invoice quantity
• Backordered quantity
• Current and Suggested prices
• Approval and Received flag settings
• Any remarks or notes relating to the Shipment
