The Copyright Agency License (CAL) report shows the details of the uploaded CAL file along with the calculated payee and the publisher pay amounts. Report sequence is by batch number by company by movement type. The program generates an excel spreadsheet that is stored in the network directory specified in the document exchange system.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Rights & Permission > Royalty Reports > Royalty Reports and double-click Royalty CAL E-report. RYR300 Royalty CAL Report panel appears.
- Enter the the period for the CAL report and click OK. The report displays the following CAL details by batch number. If the transactions are already posted to GL, then the GL process number and posted date is also displayed.
