Work with contact program allows you to access and maintain various functions and attributes related to the contact. With the integration of Academic Adoptions into CRM (institutions are managed as customers and lecturers as contacts) you can access curriculum applied to an institution customer and view interest codes by contact among various other functions. Creditors can also be linked to contacts.
CRM Functions available to this program is dependent on the User’s Group security and CRM options in CRM Program Registration. A contact can be filtered by the company, customer or by the contributor type. Doing F4=Search on the appropriate field will let you specify the values for the search.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Customer Relationship Management > Management and double-click CRM Contact Management. CRW040 Work with Contact main panel appears listing all the existing contacts.
Various options are available to work with the selected contact.

| Creditor | Accesses Work with Creditor Contact to display the details of the creditor for the contact. You can add or delete the creditor link as well. |
| Contact | Accesses Work with Contact in change mode to change the related details. |

| Contact Address | Accesses Contact Address in maintenance mode to change contact address details. |
| Ext user | Accesses External User maintenance in change mode. |
| Contact type | Accesses Contact Type in maintenance mode to select or change contact type against a contact. |
| Contact UDF | Accesses Contact Extended Information in change mode to maintain user defined basic information of a customer. |
| Interest | Accesses TYM180 Contact Interest in maintenance mode allowing you to view or set interest for the contact as required. |
| Duplicates | Accesses CRW110 Contact Match Key to work with duplicate contacts. |
| CRM dashboard | Accesses CRW015 CRM Dashboard listing all your outstanding incidents and outlines what’s overdue. |
| Incident (all) | Accesses CRW005 Work with All Incidents. |
| Incident | Accesses CRW005 Work with Incident using the filter template F-INC, which can be set with specific parameters. |
| Opp | Accesses CRW005 Work with Opportunity with the filter OPP-NEW, allowing you to enter a new opportunity for the selected contact. |
| Seminar/Training | Accesses CRW005 Work with Seminars using filter SEM to display seminar incidents. |
| Opp | Accesses CRW150 Work with Opportunity selection panel, allowing you to select an opportunity to work with. |
| Seminars | Access CRW120 Work with Seminar in maintenance mode to work with the seminars for the selected contact. |
