Iptor IP1 Warehouse Returns management provides the ability to fully control authorised and unauthorised returns. Controlling procedures can include returns windows, returns percentages, whether or not the returns were purchased from you, how to assign returns to original invoices (if the invoice number is not known) and much more.

If returns are pre-authorised, the system checks to ensure that returns policies have not been violated when a return authorisation is requested. If they have, the pending workflow system that is an integral part of Warehouse Returns management automatically sends the return request to the appropriate manager for action.
