This program is used to maintain registered subscriber’s accounts. Customers may have many individual subscriptions to many subscription lists. They may also have multiple subscriptions to the same subscription list. This option serves the same purpose as the Subscription List options but is another way of gaining access to the details.
Maintain subscription by customer
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Subscriptions Management > Subs Maintenance and then double-click Work with Subs Customers. SMW050 Subscription Maintenance by Customer panel appears.

Enter the valid customer number for the customer to be added or registered to the Subscription List. This is the ship to account number rather than the bill to account number. If the account entered is Closed, the system does not allow the order to be created. When in the Points Maintenance program this is the customer you are allocating points to. |
| Delivery No | A customer can have multiple Delivery Addresses. Each Delivery Address is given a code or number. If this field is left blank the system takes the default. |
| Select to display | Enter 1 to display All subscriptions for this Customer (default). Enter 2 to display Summary by Delivery Number. |
- Enter the customer number and accept the default to select all subscriptions for the customer.
- Click OK. All the active subscriptions for the selected customer will display.

| Show active/closed/all | All the active subscriptions for the customer displays by default; use this toggle function to display all or closed subscriptions only. |
