Incident status report

This program generates incident movement report in excel format for the selected incident date range. The report can be for a select group of incidents and sequenced by specific incidents. 

  1. In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Customer Relationship Management > Activity Management and double-click CRM Incident Status Report. CRR010 Incident Movement Report selection panel appears. 
  2. Enter a descriptive name for the output file.
  3. Select the incident date range to be included in the report.
  4. Enter the Time duration and Age time in Days, Hours, Minutes or Seconds and flag to consolidate status flag as required.
  5. Select at least one field to sequence the report by and click Page down
  6. Enter/select  the selection field range to include in the report.
  7. Click OK to generate the report. Java agent must be running to generate the excel.
