BP summary report

The Book Production Summary report enables the user to print a yearly Book Production summary.

  1. In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Project Report > Management Reports and double-click BP Summary Report.  BPR020 Book Production Summary panel appears. 
  2. Enter the selection fields as required. 
  3. Click OK to produce the report. 

The report lists the following information.

  • Income total for each month of the year
  • Budget total for each month of the year
  • Actual total for each month of the year
  • Expense total for each month of the year
  • Commitment totals
  • Paid totals
  • Outstanding totals
  • Grand total
