The Unearned Advances by Payee retrieves all contracts with unearned advances. Recovery amounts are split by source of income.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Rights & Permission > Royalty Reports > Payee reports and double-click Royalty Payee Adv Unearned E-report. RYR120 Royalty Payee Advances Unearned E-Report panel appears.
- Enter the Royalty period and click OK.
A generic selection screen is available for selection of the following.
- Company
- Item levels 1 – 5
- Payee
- Editor
- Royalty group
- Account set
- Exchange curr
- Enter the above selection criteria as required for the report and click OK. This program generates an excel spreadsheet that is stored in the network directory specified in the document exchange system.
