This program displays pending commitments (status P) by project for the project manager’s approval or rejection.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Entry and double-click BP Commitment Pending Approval. BPM060 Commitment pending Approval panel appears.

| Extended | It allows you to view extended fields for the commitment. |
| Maintain | Allows you to access Commitment Entry/Maintenance main panel for changing the commitment detail(s). |
| Approve | Allows you to access Pending Inquiry for Commitment main panel for approval of the pending Commitment. |
| Reject | Allows you to access Pending Inquiry for Commitment main panel for rejection of the pending Commitment. |
| Inquiry | Allows access to Commitment Entry/Maintenance main panel for Inquiring about the commitment detail(s). |
| Function | Description |
| Spec ID/Commitment | It toggles between the Spec ID and Commitment number of the selected Commitment. |
- Select the commitment and click option Approve or Reject, to approve/reject the commitment. BPM010 Confirm Commitment Approval/Rejection panel appears.
- Click OK to confirm.
