Not our product return

  1. In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Inventory Management > Warehouse Management > Warehouse Control > Returns > Returns and double-click WH Returns Receiving. DSE121 Returns Registration and Loading header panel appears.
  2. Enter the header information, as necessary and click OK. The items returned will load from an existing R/A.  If the system does not recognized the ISBN entered, message ‘ISBN code is invalid’ is displayed, though it is available on Item masterfile.
  3. If the ISBN is NOP, click function Enter NOP to register the ISBN on the return. The system replaces the ISBN with a system defined company code setup in control file TMSDS/RCT-NOP.
  4. Confirm the NOP entry and continue the return as normal. This function only permits entry of a predefined NOP setup in control file TMSDS/RCT-NOP.
