Forwarding Agents are used to take over from the Carrier to continue delivering the goods to their final destination. This occurs if the original Carrier is not able to complete the task, for example overseas destinations where the Carrier is only able to deliver the goods to the flight or shipping terminal. Forwarding Agents can be assigned to each customer account on the Customer masterfile.
