GL stock obsolescence report

This Stock Obsolescence report prints a detailed and summary listing of Stock Obsolescence provisions at item level or detail. The report should be run after the stock obsolescence is generated to check formula calculations.  Selection for the report is by:

  • Period
  • Formula Set
  • Company
  • Start Date Selection
  • Report Sequence
  • Summary Level
  • Page Break
  • Warehouses
  • Range of Hierarchy Levels

Details on the report include:

  • Item and description
  • Release date
  • Write down code, date and months
  • Written down percentage
  • Provision cost and value
  • Inventory quantity, unit cost and value
  • Value per period

Run stock obsolescence report

  1. In the menu expand, Base Modules > General Ledger > Other > Stock Obsolescence > Reports and then double-click Generate GL Stock Obs Report. DSR846 Stock Obsolescence Write Down Report panel appears
  2. Select  the Start date selection, Report sequence, Summary level and Page break.  For the Report range select Warehouses, Title Levels and Classification Types to be included in the report.
  3. Click OK to confirm. The reports is generated.
