This program allows for selective auto pricing maintenance and approval.
Maintain an existing auto pricing code
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Auto pricing > Update Process and double-click AUP Maintenance/Approval. DSM290 Auto Pricing Maintenance/Approval selection panel appears.
- Enter the required selection and click OK. DSM290 Auto Pricing Maintenance/Approval main panel appears.

This option shows the Pricing details on the maintenance screen in inquiry mode. |
| Approve |
This option is used to directly approve amendments made to the calculated prices. This approves the selected auto pricing code definition and changes flag to Y in Aprvd column. |
- Select a record and click Change. Auto Pricing Maintenance/Approval panel to maintain existing auto pricing code definition is displayed in Change mode.
- Change the required fields and click OK. This changes the selected auto pricing definition.
| Note |
The record cannot be changed if the received flag is Y=Yes. The Pricing Update program must be run for all approved pricing information to be updated. If this option is not selected, prices are not updated. |
