Rebates & Commissions

The Rebates and Commissions module is a powerful flexible system that provides integrated automation, analysis and control of rebate definition, calculation and payment. It has been designed to meet the demands of retailers for performance-based rebates from consumer goods distributors.

The Rebates system can also be used very effectively for a variety of other reimbursements and incentives schemes. These may include bonuses to agent’s sales staff, advertising rebates, and any number of other scenarios where people or organisations receive payments based on transactions with a company.

Rebate definitions are setup by rebate company and currency and can apply to multiple customers across different movement types. In rebate calculation any transactions that are not in the rebate currency will be converted to the rebate currency. User role access also applies to rebates system and End of day/End of month processing can be run by company or region. [Read more…]
