Account holders

  1. Add external users and assign User ID codes and passwords to enable user to access the website and link to a customer number.
  2. Add User Profile options if applicable.
  3. After customers have placed orders via the web, send order acknowledgements via Submit email sender.
  4. If errors occur, amend any e-mails containing errors and retry sending the e-mails via Work with e-mails.
  5. Create and/or maintain Catalogues
  • Add all catalogues, Folder or List, to the system via Catalogue Maintenance.
  • Add the main catalogue to the system via Catalogue Hierarchy Maintenance.
  • Link Folders and Lists to the Main Catalogue.
  • Link Folders to Folders, Folders to Lists, etc
  • Add titles to Lists via Catalogue Maintenance by ISBN.
  • Add Catalogue Links to Catalogue Folders/Lists to link each title to a catalogue.
  • Add multi media file links to link each title to the website.
  • Add multi media file links to link catalogues to the website
  • Generate the ISBN Links Check and produce relevant reports.
  • Amend any title Links if required.

Anonymous users

  1. No need to log in. They can start using e-Commerce to place orders straight away.
  2. Enter e-mail address in Order details. The system keeps a record of the e-mail address.
  3. After customers have placed orders via the web, send order acknowledgements via Submit email sender.
  4. If errors occur, amend any e-mails containing errors and retry sending the e-mails via Work with e-mails.
  5. If placing subscription orders registration of your user name and password when entering the order details is required. The system then generates a customer number for you and a customer Sub list ID.
