Remainder Makeup for Sales

Introduction

Remainder Makeup & Sales within IP1 allows damaged returns to be received into a tote which is then deconsolidated into remainder containers, made into packs, priced and made available for sale.

On returns receiving, the damaged returns are scanned into totes. The totes, when full are closed and ready for tote de-consolidation stage. In the  de-consolidation stage, the returned items in the tote are scanned into remainder containers by remainder sale type and pre-determined quantities. When a remainder container is closed, new pack item is created based on predefined template and pre-determined fixed pricing and discount. The pack item is then available for sale from the specified location.
