The Out of Print cycle completion program is used to complete the out of print cycle. Once the cycle has been completed you are not able to access reports for the selected titles.
Complete OP cycle
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Masterfiles > Out of Production Management > Out of Production (Print) and then double-click OP Cycle Completion. DSO346. Publisher Credit Claim Cycle Completion panel appears.
- Enter the company for whom the cycle completion is being run.
- Click OK and the following information appears.
“Cycle completion has been requested. Reports for released titles will no longer be available!!!””
- Click OK for confirmation to complete Publisher Credit Claim Cycle.
