Calendars can be viewed/maintained by company or by resource. Holidays must be noted to ensure warning messages appear when resources are scheduled or they have planned holidays or are not available for work on any incident. All resources refer to their calendar set as their base. The calendar incorporates the following:

- Weekends (automatically displayed)
- Public holidays – these can be maintained on the global calendar
- Exceptions – usually a holiday, but resource is working
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Customer Relationship Management > CRM Maintenance > CRM Resources/Calendar and double-click CRM Calendar by Company to update a calendar by calendar type or double click CRM Calendar by Resource to update a calendar for a resource. CRW025 Calendar Maintenance panel appears.
- Select the Calendar type (for CRM Calendar by company) or select the Resource (for CRM Calendar by resource) and click OK. The Resource defaults to your User ID but can be overwritten. Calendar showing working and non working days is displayed. All non working days are highlighted.
- To change a working day to a non-working day or vice-versa, place the cursor on the day and click OK.
