This System/Pack Auto Creation program assists with the automatic creation of Systems or Packs from receipted component stock within the warehouse into which component stock has been receipted. The component stock gets updated as being reserved ‘For Systems/Packs’. The System/Pack stock level will be updated to reflect the total available Systems/Packs.
Auto create system/pack for receipted components
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Inventory Management > Warehouse Management > Non RF Stock Control > Stock Adjustments > Systems/Packs and double-click WH System/Pack Auto Creation. DSM022 System/Pack Creation panel appears.
- Enter warehouse from which system or pack from receipted component stock is to be created.
- Click OK to confirm.
System or packs gets created from the selected warehouse stock of the receipted components. The quantity of each component reserved for Systems or packs can be viewed by selecting option Details against the appropriate warehouse in the DSI020 Item Stock Inquiry.
