This section describes how to maintain an order that is currently being processed.
- On the order header panel enter the customer whose current order is to maintained and click Mnt curr order. DSM005B Order Selection panel appears.
- Key in required fields and click OK to confirm the selection.
The orders that are currently being processed for the selected customer are displayed. These can be be retrieved and maintained.
| Note | Only orders that are up to status ‘K’ (Customer Service) or prior status can be maintained. |
The following options are available on this panel.
| Option | Description |
| Mnt orig price | This option is used to select current order for maintenance along with its price details. |
| Mnt reprice | This option is used to select current order for maintenance with an option to maintain current price details. |
| Dsp document | Accesses DSI120 Transaction Inquiry to display original order details. |
- Select an order and right click the required option. Selected order is copied to order entry panel for maintenance.
