Customer details

The Customer details inquiry is used to inquire upon Customer details as set up on the Customer master file.

  1. In the menu, expand Other Options > General Inquiries > Customer Inquiries and double-click Customer Details Inquiry.  DSI070 Customer Masterfile Inquiry panel appears.
  2. Select customer number to inquire on and click OK to confirm the selection.  DSI070 Customer Masterfile Inquiry panel appears.

Function Description
Delivery addr Accesses DSI035 Delivery Number Selection panel to switch between displaying the customer’s delivery address and the customer’s trading address.
Cust contact Accesses DSW224 Customer Contact in inquiry mode to display any contact details for the customer.
Cust class Accesses DSI390 Customer Classification Inquiry to display the customer class details.
Tax exempt Calls BNW150 Work with Customer Tax Exempt to display any existing customer tax exemption details for the selected customer.
  1. Click Page down to view the remaining pages of customer masterfile data.
