Project publish schedule export allows scheduling details to be written to an excel file on the network to be accessed by users. This report outputs to Excel and Microsoft Project only. UDF date can be added to the excel export.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Project Report > Export and double-click BP Project Publish Schedule Export. BP0220 Project Publishing Action Export Selection main panel appears.
- Enter the following search criteria, as required.
| Field | Description |
| Layout | Determines how the spreadsheet is to be laid out. |
| Company code | Determines the company code to be used when generating amortization. Company code is optional. |
| Record type | Search for and populate the record type on which to search. For example if you select record type A=Actual, only actual projects display. If you select record type T=Template only templates display. |
- Click OK. BP0220 Project Publishing Action Export Selection main panel appears.
- Enter the required selection data and click Page down.
- Repeat step 4 until all the selection data is entered.
- Click OK to confirm.
. The output includes the following fields.
- Publish date
- Title
- ISBN
- RRP
- Print Qty
- Extent, and
- Relevant milestones of the Project (tasks)
The output file compares estimated start time with actual start times, to check if the schedules are on time or delayed.
