The Book Production by GL account report is used to give a detail report by GL account for the Book Production module.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Project Report > WIP Reports and double-click WIP BP by G/L Account Report. BPR010 Book Production Detail Report by G/L Account panel appears.
- Enter the selection fields as required.
- Click OK to produce the report.
The report lists the following information.
- Project levels 1 – 5
- GL Account
- Description
- Project ID
- Budget
- Status
- Supplier
- Commitment number
- Commitment period
- Commitment amount
- Paid period and amount
- Outstanding commitments
- Status, Project, GL Account and Cost type and Project levels 1 – 5 totals.
