The General Inquiries module provides immediate access to the status of customer orders and invoicing data, title and customer information.
The General Inquiries menu is divided into the following five sections.
- Customer inquiries – enables inquiries on customer details and customer transactions.
- Document inquiries – provides the facility to inquire on claims, documents by status, document by document number or process number and search for particular selected documents.
- Outstanding orders – enables inquiries on outstanding orders by customer, title, order number and customer reference.
- Title inquiries – allows inquiries on titles such as book details, price and availability, stock levels and title transactions.
- Sales analysis – enables analysis on sales by customer level, hierarchy level and customer order history
