The GL Account by Project report enables the user to print GL Accounts by Project.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Project Report > WIP Reports and double-click WIP GL Accounts by Project Report . BPR035 WIP G/L Accounts by Project Report panel appears.
- Enter the selection fields as required.
- Click OK to produce the report.
The report lists the following information.
- WIP GL Account
- Description
- Project ID and Title
- Commitment/Creditor/Document number
- Original budget
- Budget
- Commitment/Actual
- Variance, Budget versus commitment, commitment versus actual, budget versus actual
- Total commitments
