Collections statement shows earnings in the form of other income tied to collections contracts that has already been collected by the publisher. The report is run by royalty period and the payment frequency.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Rights & Permission > Period Processing and Others > Close of Royalty Period and double-click RY Royalty Collection Statements. RYR435 Royalty Collection Statement Print panel appears.
- Enter the above selection as required and click OK.
Collection statement report gets generated. Collection statement details are printed by Agent code and name, Payment contract and Works ID. The statement shows the following.
- Subrights type
- Subrights contract
- Debtor
- Country
- Language
- Pay type
- Gross amount
- Milestone type
- Subright share %
- Net total
- Creditor share %
- Creditor amount
- Total subsidiary rights income for the creditor
