The Projects by GL Account report enables the user to run a report to show Projects by GL Account.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Book Publishing > Project Report > WIP Reports and double-click WIP Projects by GL Account Report. BPR025 WIP Projects by GL Account Report panel appears.
- Enter the selection fields as required.
- Click OK to produce the report.
The report lists the following information.
- Project ID and Title
- WIP GL Account and description
- Commitment/Creditor number
- Original budget
- Budget
- Commitment/Actual
- Variance budget versus commitment, commitment versus actual and budget versus actual.
- Total commitments for each WIP GL Account.
