This extraction process uses the Warehouse Location Item History file and the Location Item file to generate the Location Summary file for Location Extract. For previous period the information is extracted from the Warehouse Location Item History file, using the location type, warehouse code, location, title, and Stock on Hand Quantity. For current period then the information is extracted from the Location Item file, using the location type, warehouse code, location, title and Stock on Hand quantity.
- In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > 3rd Party Logistics > Period End Processing and double-click 3PL Month End Location Summary. PSO015 Location Summary selection panel appears.
- Enter the Company code and Period and click OK. Company will default to your default company and the Period will default to the current period. Both selection fields can be overridden.
All the previously generated records for the selected company and period will be deleted and new records are rebuild for the selected company and period.
