Text templates

Text template program enables you to setup multiple templates with text that can be used within Royalties, Rights & Permissions system.

Create a text template

  1. In the menu, expand Publishing Modules > Rights & Permissions > Maintenance and double-click Royalty Text Template. RYM105 Royalty Text Template Maintenance panel appears with all the existing templates.
  2. Click Add. RYM105 Royalty Text Template panel appears in add mode.

  1. Enter the template ID and the actual text for the template as required.
  2. Click OK to save the template.
