Customer history inquiry
Follow ups can be performed on notes and reminders entered against customer accounts. This inquiry allows you to review follow up notes. These are notes with follow up flag switched on when the note was created.
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Debtors & Claims > Accounts Receivable > Customer History > Inquires and then double-click Debtor Customer Follow-up Inquiry. CHI010 Customer History Inquiry panel appears.
- Enter the Customer number, Follow up date range and Follow up flag as required and click OK. The notes with the entered criteria appears.
- Select the follow up entry and click Details to view the details of the note.
Customer work schedule
The Work schedule shows accounts that are due for review and possible action.
- In the menu, expand Base Modules > Distribution > Debtors & Claims > Accounts Receivable > Customer History > Inquires and then double-click Debtor Customer Work Sched Inquiry. CHI015 Customer Work Schedule selection panel appears.
- Enter the Debtor class and click OK. List of customers in the entered Debtors class with followups appear.
- Select the follow up entry and click Cust history to view the details.
