TMSDS/CUB-EXCT defines order categories that are not to be cubed normally but just assigned one container. If an order does not require ‘similar cartons’, the process starts with the largest carton.
If Maximum Levels to downsize containers has been defined then the system will not stop downsizing containers on the container that cannot pack but rather continue to downsize until the maximum levels are reached. This is required when the next container is smaller in volume size but may be bigger in footprint.
In RF Zone Picking, if a container for an order gets full, the remaining contents on the container need to be cubed again. The size of the additional container is determined and the number of cartons on the order is updated and the container label printed if requested.
