EDI outgoing invoices

EDI Outgoing Electronic Invoices 
  • EDO331 program outputs EDO331W1 format data
  • ECN accept this file format and translate to appropriate EDI standard for end customer.
  • EDO331D program may still be used at some customer sites that do not use ECN and need to output directly in proper ANSI 810 format. This program outputs to EDED00P file.

Note that EDO331W1 contains receiver (customer’s) TPID (from TMSDS/EDI-INV), but does not contain the sender TPID. ECN are able to determine sender TPID based on ftp delivery into separate user id/folder (e.g. Pearson, Macmillan account have different user id in ftp script).
