Bonus Reward Options

Reward option A = % off each line 

Conditions

  • Only override the discount if it is greater then the discount already given on any line.
  • Not applicable if reward option J = Override discount on an existing order line is already applied.
  • Sales rep can be overridden for line items that is being discounted by this reward option.
 Field Description 
Minimum sales value/Minimum sales quantity  Minimum order value or quantity purchased to be eligible for reward. 
Reward value   Percentage to be taken off each sales order line if the minimum sales value/quantity applies. 

 

Reward option B = % off an order

Conditions

  • Reward options B and C belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule. 
  • Sales rep for the adjustment line item can be overridden if the sales rep is specified on the header of this reward option.
 Field   Description
Reward adj item  The item code to be used by the system when it automatically generates an order line to reflect the reward amount. 
Apply % on excess  If ‘No’, the % off to be applied will be for the whole amount. If ‘Yes’, the % off will be applied to amount in excess of the minimum sales value on the multi-tiered definitions. 
Max discount amount  Maximum discount amount. Set to 0 if there is no limit to the discount amount to be given to an order. 
Minimum sales value/quantity  Minimum sales value / quantity before the reward can be applied . 
Reward value  % off by tiered invoiced amount.  

 

Reward option C = $ off an order

Conditions

  • If there is more than one freight deal for the order than the first applicable freight deal will apply.
  • Reward options B and C belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule.
  • Sales rep for the adjustment line item can be overridden if the sales rep is specified on the header of this reward option.
Field   Description

Reward option D = % off cheapest bulk buy

Conditions

  • Reward options D and E belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule.
Field  Description 
Minimum sales quantity  Minimum order quantity to be eligible for reward.  
Reward value  Percentage to be taken off the least expensive item if the minimum sales quantity applies. 

 

Reward option E = $ off cheapest bulk buy

  • Reward options D and E belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule.

Reward option F = Fixed price freight

Conditions

  • If there is more than one freight deal for the order than the first applicable freight deal will apply.
  • Reward options F and G belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule.
  • Sales rep override is not applicable for this reward option.
Field    Description
Charge back code

Charge back code can be entered for 3rd party business to charge the freight bonus back to their client. If this is populated then during the order process the estimated freight will be updated with status 'A' -  Available for charge back. Upon first delivery of the order the status would change to 'B' -  Ready to charge back and after its charged the status would change to 'C' - Charged.

Minimum sales value/quantity  Minimum sales value /quantity before the reward can be applied. 
Reward value   Fixed or free freight charge. 

 

Reward option G = $ off freight

Conditions

  • If there is more than one freight deal for the order than the first applicable freight deal will apply.
  • Reward options F and G belong to the same reward group, therefore only one of these reward options can be set up for the same bonus rule.
  • Sales rep override is not applicable for this reward option.
Field   Description 
Charge back code

Charge back code can be entered for 3rd party business to charge the freight bonus back to their client. If this is populated then during the order process the estimated freight will be updated with status 'A' -  Available for charge back. Upon first delivery of the order the status would change to 'B' -  Ready to charge back and after its charged the status would change to 'C' - Charged.

Minimum sales value/quantity  Minimum sales value /quantity before the reward can be applied.  
Reward value $ off freight charge by tiered sales value.  

 

Reward option I = Bonus items

Conditions

  • Sales rep can be overridden on bonus item line if the sales rep is specified on the header of this reward option. 
Field  Description 
Minimum sales value/quantity  Minimum value/quantity to be eligible for reward. Multi-tiered value / quantity can be set-up to allow different bonus on reaching the tiered minimum set-up. 
Bonus item  The free or bonus item supplied with the order. 
Bonus quantity  Number of free items to be supplied per minimum sales value/quantity.  
Max qty   Maximum number of free items supplied per order.
TOS Default TOS used for the free item supplied. If the bonus item is to be provided free of charge, select a TOS with ‘Is item sold at 0 price & dsc’ flag of ‘Y’ in control file TMSDS/TR-TOS.  

 

Reward option J = Override discount on an existing order line

Conditions

  • Only override the discount if it is greater then the discount already given on any line.
  • Not applicable if reward option A = % off each line is already applied.
  • Sales rep can be overridden on sales lines where discount has been overridden if the sales rep is specified on the header of this reward option. 
Field   Description
Minimum sales value/quantity  Minimum sales value /quantity before the reward can be applied.  
Reward value  Override discount percentage to be taken off each sales order line if the minimum sales value/quantity applies. If reward option A = % off each line is already to a line then this option will not apply. 

 

Reward option T = Override payment term

Conditions

  • This override will only apply to eligible orders if it is longer than the existing payment term.
  • When a single order has multiple deals applied to it, the longest payment term will apply to the order.
  • Sales rep override is not applicable for payment term override.
 Field Description 
Minimum sales value/quantity   Minimum sales value /quantity before the reward can be applied. 
Reward pay term   Override term selected from control file TMSDS/CM-PAYT
